Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel et avons été ravis de notre expérience. Les meilleurs aspects sont la propreté impeccable, les deux salles de bains très propres et les nombreuses serviettes fournies. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec des croissants frais qui étaient déposés à notre porte chaque matin. L'équipe était très disponible et serviable via WhatsApp, et nous avons pu obtenir toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin concernant l'hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants.

Window was difficult to close and a chair for a desk was not suit. It was really pity even though other facilities were really nice and ok.

It was a little inconvenient having to lift heavy luggage up the stairs in front of the hotel.

The delicious breakfast buffet offers an Americano coffee machine, pastry, and fruit.

The TV channels are limited, with only a few international channels available.

Had a great Easter stay in a welcoming hotel. The free parking was a blessing, making it easy for us to come and go. The breakfast was a tasty feast with a decent variety. The friendly staff assisted us in finding local restaurants for delicious Italian fare.

The check-out process took forever and the invoice I wanted wasn't provided. The room had several stains in the sink and on the toilet, making it seem like it wasn't cleaned in a while.

I recently stayed at Best Western Milan for a short leisure trip. The hotel's convenient location right off the highway and the ample free parking made it easy for us to arrive. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread offered a diverse range of delicious options, including freshly cut fruits. The hotel also had a pool and sauna, which were great for relaxing after a long drive. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, and the small, cozy hot pool in the spa area added a touch of romance to our stay. Additionally, the on-site restaurant provided affordable and varied dinner options.

New design with modern feel.

The bathroom had a clear glass door. This makes it impossible to have privacy in the bathroom. The shower also let a lot of water splash onto the floor. It is then impossible to keep your feet dry after exiting from the shower, or later using the bathroom.

The locality of the Hotel was just perfect and easy found. The room was very comfortable. Hygiene was of the highest level....I Missed tea coffee making facilities in the bedroom

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern. Excellent power shower and good bath. Great food at the restaurant. Must try their own Lager. Friendly and helpful restaurant staff. Good spa area. The staff was friendly and readily available.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the freeway exit and also conveniently located on the metro line to Milano. We were able to easily reach the hotel from the Malpensa airport, which was a huge plus. The hotel also provided excellent service, with room service, car hire, and a helpful bell staff/porter. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. We also appreciated the added touches like an electric kettle, television, and free toiletries. The hotel's dining options were also impressive, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and happy hour specials. The hotel's leisure facilities were a highlight of our stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi available for guests to enjoy. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was reliable, and we were able to stay connected throughout our stay.

In summary, we highly recommend this hotel. From its convenient location to its excellent amenities and services, it truly exceeded our expectations.

Everything was great in this hotel, exactly as advertised. Beautiful and very spacious rooms. Heated small swimming pool with jacuzzi and steam bath. Excellent breakfast. I would go for it again and again. Free parking as well.
